How do an Administrator access the Blue Print Report?

Blueprint Report can be accessed via four methods; 

  1. From the Gradebook
  2. From Custom Content 
  3. From Reports Module
  4. From Assignments Dashboard

Accessing the Blueprint Report

Method 1: Accessing Blueprint Report from Gradebook

Navigate to the Gradebook tab of the GO! application.

Then select the class the student is rostered in.

Then select the Assignment and click on the title. It will display a pop-up menu of assignment management options.

Within the assignment management options click on Reports > Blueprint Report option.

The administrator will be directed to the Blueprint Report page.

The Administrator is allowed to navigate to the gradebook page directly by clicking on the ‘View Gradebook’ label.

 
 

Method 2: Accessing Blueprint Report from Custom Content

Navigate to the "Custom Content" tab from the left sidebar of the dashboard.

Click on the Assessments tab.

To access the Blueprint option, click the ellipsis (⋮) menu located at the far-right end of the relevant assessment row. This will open a dropdown list of actions (e.g., Preview, Publish, Edit, Copy, Delete), where the administrator will have to select Blueprint option from the available options.

Once the administrator selects the Blueprint from the ellipsis menu, the administrtator will be directed to the Blueprint Report page.

The Administrator is allowed to navigate to the Custom Content page directly by clicking on the ‘View Content’ label.

 
 

Method 3: Accessing Blueprint Report from Reports Listing

After logging into the GO! dashboard, select the Reports tab from the left-side navigation menu.

From the Reports page, click on Blueprint Report under the Favorite Reports section or from the available reports list.

The administrator will be directed to Step 1 – Select Assignment on the Blueprint Report page. From this step, the administrator must choose an assignment and then run the report using Run button to generate and view the Blueprint Report.

Default view for the administrator will be ‘By Course’ View on the Blueprint Report page.

 

The Administrator is allowed to navigate to the Reports page directly by clicking on the ‘View All' label.

 
 

Method 4: Accessing Blueprint Report from Assignments Dashboard

After logging into the GO! dashboard, select the Assignments tab from the left-side navigation menu.

From the Assignment page, click on the Reports drop down and a list will appear. Then click on the Blueprint Report option to access it.

Upon selection, the system will automatically navigate the teacher to the Blueprint Report page, where the report is generated and displayed for the chosen assignment, allowing the teacher to review report.

The Teacher is allowed to navigate to the Reports page directly by clicking on the ‘View Assignments' label.
