How do students know that questions are excluded from grading ?
While reviewing their assignments, students are notified if they encounter a question that the teacher has excluded from grading using the Advanced Grading Options.

After logging in to the GO ! platform, click on Assignments tab. Students will have to select an assignment to review.
Teachers must allow students to review their assignments, but students will only be informed that a question was excluded from grading after they have submitted the assignment and reviewing their submission.
Clicking on Review button will display the Overview page.
Students will notice a crossed-out symbol 
for questions that have been excluded. Also, Set to not grade label displays the count of questions excluded from the assignment.
Students can view individual questions by clicking on the question number from the Overview page.
