How to Create and Assign Custom Assessments/Custom Resources Created in Gallopade Online within Canvas ?

Important to Know
Your school district must select to roster for Gallopade Online with Canvas in order to integrate assignments from Gallopade Online.
Use the left navigation bar to select the Node Js Tool (or the name given to the tool by your district say as Gallopade Tool).
You will be redirected to the Gallopade Content tab by default. To navigate to the Custom Content , the teacher will have to click on the Custom Content tab.
The Gallopade Online Custom Content module will be displayed to the teacher.
Custom Assessment
To create a Custom Assessment, please refer to the article - How to Create a Custom Assessment ?
After creating a Custom Assessment, the teachers can find the Custom Assessments in the Gallopade External tool while creating assignments from the Canvas.

The Link Resource from External Tool modal displays the Custom Assessments node.
The teachers will have to select the Custom Assessments and Add Content to the Canvas platform.
The Custom Assessments are added to the Canvas application.
Custom Resource
To create a Custom Resource, please refer to the article - My Content : How to Build a Custom Resource
After creating a Custom Resource, the teachers can find the Custom Resources in the Gallopade External tool while creating assignments from the Canvas.

The Link Resource from External Tool modal displays the Custom Resources node.
Teachers will notice two distinct resource sections:
- Generic Resources – This area showcases materials curated and provided by Gallopade.
- My Resources – This section contains custom content created and saved by the teacher.
The My Resources node allows teachers to access and manage their own custom-created materials. Upon expanding this node, teachers will see resources organized by type, each housed in its own node for easy navigation. Supported resource types include: PDFs ,Images ,Text, HTML.
The teachers will have to select the Custom Resources and Add Content to the Canvas platform.
The Custom Resource are added to the Canvas application.
