How to Identify a Survey Type Question while releasing an assignment ?

Survey questions don't have a definitive correct answer and are used either for data collection or as a “completion” grade.
When a teacher assigns an assignment with survey questions, the questions marked as "Survey" will feature a non-editable field, similar to the auto-graded questions. Hovering over this field will display the message Auto “Completion” Score.
