How do I export the User Usage Report for individual users , total logins , average session length and total assignments ?

To access the User Usage Report, teachers can access it in two ways:
1- User Usage statistics report widget
2- Reports tab
Accessing User Usage Report
To export the User Usage Report from the GO! Dashboard, the teacher clicks on the Take me to the Usage Report link in the User Statistics widget.

Clicking the Take me to Usage Report link redirects the teacher to the Usage Report screen. By default, the teacher will view the Class view of the Individual Users.

The teacher can use the Filters and Metrics on the left side of the page. The teacher can select filters and click on Run Report to view the Usage Report.

Metric Selector 1: Logins (Unique / Individual Users)

- All Individual Users: Distinct count across Administrators + teachers + students (a user is counted once even if they logged in multiple times).
- District Admins: Count of unique district administrators logged in at least once within the applied filters
- Campus Admins: Count of unique campus administrators logged in at least once within the applied filters
- Teachers : Count of unique teachers logged in at least once within the applied filters
- Students: Number of distinct student accounts that logged in at least once within the filters.
- Classes column
- “All Schools” row shows totals of all the Individual Login details of all the schools for the current filter selection.
- Additional rows list users within the selected class.
- Individual Users Section (Teachers, Students, All Individual Users)
- Shows Individual user counts for the selected date range.

After selecting the filters, clicking on Run Report will generate the user usage report according to Individual Users.

To export report, click on the Export button. Clicking on export button will display two options: Excel and CSV. By default CSV is selected.

Teacher can download the Usage Report for the respective Individual Logins as an Excel file and CSV file.

Metric selector 2: Total Logins

- All Logins: Sum of all login events across roles.
- Teachers/Students: Total login events for the role; repeated logins by the same account are all counted.
- Total Logins section (Teachers, Students, District / School Admins All Logins)
- Shows total login events.

After selecting the filters, clicking on Run Report will generate the user usage report based on Total Logins.

To export report, click on the Export button. Clicking on export button will display two options: Excel and CSV. By default CSV is selected.

Teacher can download the Usage Report for the respective Total Logins as an Excel file and CSV file.

Metric Selector 3: Course View

- Teacher: View all the courses associated to the teacher.

After selecting the filters, clicking on Run Report will generate the user usage report based on associated Courses.

To export User Usage Report level, click on the Export button. Clicking on export button will display two options: Excel and CSV. By default CSV is selected.

Teacher can download the Usage Report for the respective Courses as an Excel file and CSV file.

Metric Selector 4: Assignment View

- Assignments Created: Number of assignments created by the teacher.
- Assignments Started: Number of assignments started by the students.
- Assignments Submitted: Number of assignments submitted by the students..
- Assignments Graded: Number of assignments graded by the teacher.
- Average Assignment Time: Total average time spent on assignments by the students..

After selecting the filters, clicking on Run Report will generate the user usage report based on associated Assignments.

To export User Usage Report, click on the Export button. Clicking on export button will display two options: Excel and CSV. By default CSV is selected.

Teacher can download the Usage Report for the respective Courses as an Excel file and CSV file.

Customized Report with Multiple Metrics and Filters
To export a customized report, select the desired options from the various level of metrics and export the report.

After selecting the filters, clicking on Run Report will generate the user usage report based on customized filter selection.

To export User Usage Report, click on the Export button. Clicking on export button will display two options: Excel and CSV. By default CSV is selected.

Teacher can download the Usage Report for the respective Filters selection as an Excel file and CSV file.
