How do I print the Individual Assignment Report?

Updated June 30th, 2026

Accessing the Individual Assignment Report for Printing

Navigate to the Gradebook tab of the GO! application.

Then select the class the student is rostered in.

Click on the Assignment title to open the Assignment Management Options menu, then select Reports option and then choose Individual Assignment Report sub-option.

The teacher will be redirected to the Individual Assignment Report page, where a comprehensive overview of the selected student’s performance is displayed.

To Print the Individual Assignment Report click on the Print button at the top right corner. Clicking on Print will display a pop-up menu to select from as per the requirement.

NOTE: Currently we have hidden the Export Button, Time Spent Label from the Report in GO! as we have that for our future implementation.

Print Single Student

An Individual Assignment Report can be generated and printed for an individual student by selecting the Print Single Student option.

Individual Assignment Report can be printed for a Single Student displaying Assignment Summary and Standards. Clicking on the Print Single Student Option will display the Print Options modal.

At least one checkbox between Assignment Summary or Standards, must be selected to proceed with printing; otherwise, the Print button will remain disabled. This applies to Print Single Student, Print Class and Print By Group.

Once the desired sections are selected, the teacher can proceed by clicking Print to generate the Individual Assignment Report . The Cancel button closes the Print Options window without generating a PDF.

NOTE: Currently we have hidden the Time Spent label in the PDF as we have that for our future implementation.

Print By Group

An Individual Assignment Report can be generated and printed for specific student groups by selecting the Print by Group option.

A group should exist or created by the teacher in order to print the report By Group.

When Print by Group is selected, a pop-up appears showing all groups linked to the student. The teacher must check the relevant groups, which will activate the Next button for proceeding with the report.

If no groups are created by the teacher, the below warning message will be displayed, “No Student Groups available for this Assignment”.

After selecting the appropriate Print Options shown in the pop-up, the teacher may proceed by clicking Print to export the report as a PDF or click Cancel to close the dialog without making changes.

Selecting Print will start the printing process.

The final PDF will list all active students from the selected groups, with page breaks between students and sorted by lastname, firstname.
