How to Export the Item Analysis Report with Detailed Information at Multiple Levels ?

To export the Item Analysis Report, teachers can access it using the following steps:

1.Click on Reports Module from the Dashboard.

2. The Reports Tab will display the Student Performance Widget, the Standards Mastery Overview and Favorite Reports Widget. From the Favourite Reports widget, Click on the Item Analysis Report.

3. The teacher will be directed to the Item Analysis Report page, with the "By Class" view set as the default.  The Item Analysis Report can be exported in 2 views: By Class and By Course view.

The "By Class" tab will be the default view for a teacher in the Show All Filters section.

 

Export Item Analysis Report By Class

Upon clicking on Item Analysis Report, the teacher lands on Run Report page. A default message will be displayed to the teacher, Please select and Apply Filters on the left and then select an assignment to run report.

The teacher can select filters and click on Apply Filter to view the content. 

The teacher can filter the School Year, District, School, Assignment Type, and Categories, with an option to include assignments that are "In Progress" before applying the filters.

After clicking Run, the teacher will be directed to the Item Analysis Report page. 

Export Detailed Item Analysis Report at node level: 

To export detailed Item Analysis Report at each node level, the teacher is required to click on the download icon available next to the level node. 

  • Class: Clicking on the Class name will drill down to the Assessment name. 
  • Assessment: Clicking on the Assessment name will drill down to the Student details and the Assignment Status.               

Exporting Class Level Item Analysis Report as Excel & CSV

Teacher will have to identify the Class level node and download icon present next to the expand node icon in order to download the Item Analysis Report for the Class Level Node.

Clicking the Download button displays two options: Excel , CSV.  Teachers can download the Item Analysis Report for the selected class as an Excel file

Exporting Assessment Level Item Analysis Report as Excel & CSV

Teachers can identify the assessment-level node and use the adjacent download button to access the Item Analysis Report.

Clicking on the download icon will display two options: Excel, CSV. The Administrators can download the Item Analysis Report for the respective Class as an Excel file.

Export Item Analysis Report By Course

To navigate to the By Course View, click on the By Course Tab. A default message will be displayed to the teacher, Please select and Apply Filters on the left and then select an assignment to run report.

Apply filters on the By Course view by selecting the Assignment Type.

The teacher can filter the School Year, District, School, Assignment Type, and Categories, with an option to include assignments that are "In Progress" before applying the filters.

Choose an assignment by selecting the radio button, then click Run to generate the report.

After clicking Run, the teacher will be directed to the Item Analysis Report page. To Export, click on the download icon present next to the node of each level.

To download the Item Analysis Report, the teacher selects the Teacher-level node and clicks the adjacent download button.

 Click on Excel to download the Item Analysis Report in By Course View at Teacher level.

Teachers can download the Item Analysis Report for the respective teacher as an Excel file.

To download the Item Analysis Report, the teacher selects the Class-level node and clicks the adjacent download button.

 Click on Excel to download the Item Analysis Report in By Course View at Class level.
